  • We’ll work with you during the planning process to recommend the right amount of coverage for your event. If you need additional time on the event day, we’re happy to extend coverage at our additional hourly rate when our schedule allows. Because availability cannot be guaranteed, we recommend reserving the time you anticipate needing in advance.

  • Yes. We frequently travel for events nationwide. Travel fees are quoted based on your location and needs, and we’ll handle all logistics to make the process easy.

  • For corporate events and portraits, galleries are typically ready within two to three weeks. Rush delivery is available if you need images sooner for marketing or PR.

  • Absolutely. Your final gallery includes high-resolution and web-ready files, making it easy for your team to use images across social media, websites, marketing, and internal communications. If you have specific image requirements, let us know during the planning process.

  • We take image security seriously. Your photographs are captured to dual memory cards and stored in multiple locations during our post-production and delivery process. After your gallery is delivered, we recommend downloading and maintaining your own backup for long-term safekeeping.

  • NACE, the National Association for Catering and Events, brings together professionals across the events industry. Jennifer has been actively involved in the Dallas-Fort Worth chapter for years, including serving in multiple leadership roles. That involvement keeps us connected to the people, venues, and partners who make great events happen and strengthens the collaborative approach we bring to every event.

Corporate and Social Events

  • Absolutely. We regularly collaborate with planners, DMCs, venues, and production teams to coordinate timelines, photography priorities, and event logistics so coverage fits seamlessly into the overall event.

  • Yes. For larger events, overlapping schedules, or multiple locations, we can build a photography team around the needs of your event. We’ll review the schedule and priorities with you and recommend additional photographers or assistants when they’ll provide better, more complete coverage.

  • Your fully edited gallery will be delivered within two weeks. Need a few images right away? Sneak peeks are available as an add-on for faster access to select event highlights.

  • Absolutely. We can build coverage around multi-day programs, off-site events, overlapping activities, and multiple locations. We’ll review the full schedule in advance and create a coverage plan so the right photographer is in the right place at the right time.

  • Yes. Crenshaw Photography carries business and liability insurance, and a Certificate of Insurance can be provided when required by your venue, organization, or event partners.

Headshots and Portraits

  • Yes. Our on-site headshot setups bring a polished and professional portrait experience directly to your event. We’ll tailor the setup and schedule to your space, team, and brand.

  • It depends on the look and setup you choose. We’ll consider your available space, backdrop, lighting, and expected number of participants and recommend a footprint that works well within your event or office environment.

  • That depends on the number of attendees and the experience you want to create. We can accommodate scheduled appointments or a more open-flow headshot station and will recommend the timing, setup, and needs to keep things moving smoothly.

  • Yes. If your organization already has an established headshot style, send us examples. We can work to match the lighting, background, composition, and overall look so new portraits feel consistent with your existing team.

Proposals and Weddings

  • More than 300. Jennifer began her career photographing weddings and has photographed everything from intimate celebrations to large, full-scale wedding days. That experience continues to shape the calm, thoughtful approach we bring to every event.

  • Intentional, with a focus on genuine connection, emotion, and energy. We’ll guide you when you need it, but let the real moments unfold naturally.

  • We come prepared for it. With professional lighting equipment and years of experience working in ballrooms, churches, outdoor venues, and low-light receptions, we’re able to create consistent, polished images without relying on ideal conditions.

  • Every wedding is different, so we don’t promise an exact number of images. Your final gallery is thoughtfully edited to include the strongest photographs that tell the complete story of your day, from the important moments and people to the details and atmosphere… and maybe a few outtakes.

  • Your fully edited wedding gallery will be delivered within 4–6 weeks. We know waiting is hard, so you’ll receive a selection of sneak peeks shortly after the wedding to enjoy and share while we finish your complete gallery.
