  • Headshots should reflect your personality and your brand. We guide you through poses and expressions that feel authentic but also professional. For teams, we make sure everyone looks consistent while still showing their individuality.

  • Yes. We can set up a professional portrait station right at your event. It’s efficient, high quality, and a great way to get consistent headshots for large groups.

  • For corporate events and portraits, galleries are typically ready within two to three weeks. Rush delivery is available if you need images sooner for marketing or PR.

  • Yes. We can deliver files optimized for web, social, and print so you have exactly what you need whether it’s Instagram, LinkedIn, or a press release.

  • Yes. We frequently travel for events nationwide. Travel fees are quoted based on your location and needs, and we’ll handle all logistics to make the process easy.

  • If the event runs longer than planned, we’re happy to stay. Extra coverage is billed hourly and ensures nothing gets missed if things run late.

  • Definitely. Every company has different needs, whether it’s quarterly headshot days, a multi-day conference, or marketing content creation. We’ll work with you to build a package that fits.

Weddings

  • Our philosophy is to make photography the least stressful part of your day. We want you to be fully present, knowing we’ll capture both the big moments and the quiet in-betweens so you can relive them exactly as they felt.

  • It’s a mix of documentary and guided posing. We’ll capture genuine moments as they unfold but also give gentle direction for portraits that feel polished and natural.

  • Dark spaces are no problem. We use professional lighting and techniques that ensure flattering, crisp photos even in the most challenging settings. We’d be happy to share full galleries from similar venues.

  • Yes, we’ve worked in everything from candlelit chapels to large outdoor celebrations. We’ll show you weddings that look and feel like yours so you know exactly what to expect.

  • If your guest count is above 50, we recommend adding an assistant photographer. This way, no moment is missed, like your first kiss and your mom’s tears happening at the same time.

  • Additional hours mean more time for our photographers and lighting team and more editing on the back end. It ensures every extra photo receives the same attention and care.

  • An engagement session delivers about 50–70 photos for a three-hour shoot. For weddings, it’s usually 60–80 images per hour. Your gallery will always tell the complete story of the day.

  • Engagement sessions are delivered in about three to four weeks. Weddings and receptions are delivered in about seven to eight weeks.

  • Yes. We back them up multiple times during and after your wedding. They’re stored on a local server, uploaded to the cloud, and archived. At all times, there are at least two copies of your files.
